• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy codebases effectively.
• Familiarity with integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
