Role Description

This full-time, on-site Operations Manager role is based in Outwell. The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining quality assurance, and liaising with clients to deliver exceptional service. The role also requires effective management of resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve operational excellence.

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of drainage, irrigation, or construction services and relevant equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Professional qualifications in management or a related field are desirable but not essential.
