We're looking for MBA-qualified professionals to help train and evaluate advanced AI models on complex business topics. You'll challenge AI reasoning across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior — identifying where it falls short and authoring the gold-standard responses it needs to improve.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

• Design complex business challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, and operations analysis
• Author ground-truth solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that serve as benchmark answers for AI training, including financial statements, strategic frameworks, and executive-level rationale
• Audit AI-generated business content — Evaluate AI outputs — business plans, financial forecasts, case analyses — for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
• Sharpen AI reasoning — Identify and document logical failures such as sunk cost errors, WACC miscalculations, or missing macroeconomic context, and provide structured corrective feedback
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

• Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations
• Highly precise — you catch formula errors, spot faulty assumptions, and maintain rigorous analytical standards
• Self-directed and consistent when working independently
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience communicating complex analysis to senior stakeholders
