In this role, you'll:
- Follow up with superintendents & trade partners to ensure jobs are kept on schedule
- Review and publish bids
- Issue purchase orders
- Create and publish job schedules
- Onboard new trade partners
- Answer phone calls or emails from trade partners and superintendents
- Support construction with administrative and operational duties
- Complete permit applications for all cities
- Check requests and permit status tracking
- Building plan Check In
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily
- Perform various clerical and operational tasks
