About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Associate Director, HR Business Partner to support three strategic client groups including Enterprise Sales and Data Center across North America. In this role, you’ll partner with general managers and leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support. You’ll balance workforce planning and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GM's and Sales leaders on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline.
- Drive talent development for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning.
- Guide sales force effectiveness through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs.
- Lead complex employee relations issues.
- Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments).
- Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Master's degree
- Strong background in talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations.
- Familiarity with sales incentive compensation design and administration
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
