  • Location: Home-based (Baden-Württemberg preferred: Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Freiburg)
  • Travel: High (regional focus)

Your Mission (100% New Business)

  • Build and actively develop the Baden-Württemberg market from scratch
  • Identify, approach and acquire new premium customers proactively
  • Build and manage your own qualified sales pipeline
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations and opportunity development
  • Prepare and hand over well-qualified opportunities for final contract and commercial negotiations
  • Act as a brand ambassador in your region


Your Profile

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong track record in new business acquisition and territory development
  • Clear hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in highly autonomous, build-up environments
  • Active network within relevant premium or lifestyle-driven sectors within the region
  • Experience in premium, brand-led lifestyle environments is a strong plus – a solid lifestyle background is fully sufficient
  • Excellent self-organization and ownership mindset
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Very high willingness to travel
