Business Analyst

we are Looking for a Business Analyst based in Poland

Job Description:

• Min. 3 years working experience as a Business/Systems Analyst, preferably in Financial sector
• Experience in leading the analysis of large-scale, complex Business change in a dynamic and changing environment
• Experience in project management and process optimization
• Experience in organising and facilitating workshops involving stakeholders from various functions / markets
• Delivery experience within highly integrated system environments where development teams utilise the SCRUM development approach
• Experience of the agile principles and mindset

Skills:

• Knowledge of the Financial sector and/or IT industry and its ways of working, ideally within financial services
• Expert knowledge in the field of business and/or system analysis
• Proficiency in using the principles, practices, techniques and tools of business and systems analysis, with particular emphasis on issues relating to the definition of business and system requirements
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle and project stages as part of PMO/Change methodology
• Proven track record of experience in project delivery and process improvement
• Expert level of understanding of business processes
• Fluency in converting business needs into specific business and technical requirements

• Confident level of technical knowledge
