Business Development Manager (Transport, Maintenance, and Healthcare)

We are looking for someone motivated and hard working who has experience in transportation, healthcare, or automotive maintenance. This is a W2 position with uncapped commission.
Must have experience managing a sales team, generating sales forecasts, submitting proposals and bids, be proficient with technology, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales experience + 2 years of experience at a management level
- 5 years proven sales experience in the relevant industry
- Experience in healthcare, transportation, or automotive maintenance
- Maintaining existing relationships with clients and addressing concerns
- Schedule appointments with key decision makers to land 2-4 new accounts/month
- Hit target numbers projected for quarterly goals to be determined by Area Manager
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential and new clients
- Grow the business through proactively building relationships in the community- attend job fairs, networking events, expos, etc.
