Responsibilities
- Serve as IT partner/provider for Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law
- maintain close collaboration with divisions/regional hubs and internal/external partners
- Own day-to-day application operations: handle tickets, incidents, and changes
- ensure documentation quality and adherence to procedures/SLA expectations
- Plan, steer, and implement changes and extensions together with business application managers and business key users
- coordinate testing, deployment, and release
- Control service budgets and create order requisitions
- monitor spend vs. plan and support cost transparency
- Required
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- business-fluent English (spoken and written)
- Team player willing to work in a global team environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved
- Independent, structured, results-oriented, and customer-oriented working style
- Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes (appreciated/advantage)
- Several years of professional experience in IT service management or a project environment
- Knowledge/experience in service management (e.g., acting as a service/application owner
- incident/change/problem management)
- Knowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW, and Mendix
- Experience managing external service providers
