Stefanini is looking for an SAP Techno functional Consultant (Dearborn, MI)

We are looking for an SAP S/4 Hana TechnoFunctional Consultant designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering, business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation (FDD/TDD), and end-user training
• Review and analyze business processes
• Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners for ERP scope definition
• Perform gap analysis and design 'as-is' and 'to-be' solutions
• Analyze integration requirements with legacy and non-SAP systems
• Create use cases, user stories, and requirement artifacts
• Provide functional specifications and work with software engineers (ABAP, PCF, Fiori)
• Support functional, integration, security, and UAT testing
• Provide SME support for source-to-pay processes in global automotive environments
• Support cutover, data profiling, extraction, and cleansing activities
• Ability to perform configuration and production support'

Experience

• Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP
• Proven ABAP programming experience (hands-on coding required)
• Note: This is not a purely ABAP developer role
• Minimum 7 years of SAP S/4HANA experience
• At least 4 years of SAP MM (Materials Management) experience
• Solid functional understanding across SAP modules
  

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with SAP Ariba

Preferred Experience

• Automotive / Manufacturing industry experience
• SAP certification

Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree

• Relevant certification program
