Job Description:

  • Hands-on Product Manager for contact center (calls, chat, email)
  • Focus: incident & service management + delivery ownership
  • Manage backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization
  • Strong Jira usage (clean tracking & workflows)
  • Work with Engineering, Architecture & Business teams
  • Experience with CCaaS tools like Amazon Connect / Genesys / LivePerson
  • Fast-paced role – quick ramp-up, minimal guidance
  • Strong decision-making using data (impact vs effort)
