Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Develop and execute account plans to drive engagement and retention
- Lead regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
- Expand across business units and departments
- Lead solution conversations aligned to client needs and market trends
- Drive renewals, extensions, and long-term agreements
- Provide insights and recommendations to support client capability goals
- Engage with senior stakeholders on learning and development needs
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking (Salesforce)
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support contract discussions within commercial guidelines
- Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges
- Contribute to new ideas, solutions, and continuous improvement
You’ll Bring
- Experience in B2B account management or consultative sales
- Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
- Experience working with government or enterprise clients (highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
