THE ROLE
Products & channels
- Hospital / inpatient infusion therapy solutions used in clinical environments including operating theatres and wards
- Homecare / ambulatory infusion solutions within a newly developing market segment requiring a proactive business development approach
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established hospital customer portfolio across the territory
- Develop the homecare channel by identifying and winning new provider relationships
- Deliver clinical consultations and product demonstrations in hospital environments
- Support trials, tenders, contract discussions, and implementation processes
- Collaborate closely with a local customer support function
- Work closely with regional leadership based internationally
- Travel extensively across the territory, including occasional overnight stays
- Participate in product training and internal communication conducted in English

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential requirements
- Strong clinical credibility with the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals including nurses, theatre staff, and clinical procurement teams
- Fluent German language skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Prior sales experience within a commercial environment
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the territory
Backgrounds of interest
- Clinical or nursing background combined with sales experience
- Existing medical device sales experience within infusion, IV, or related therapy areas
- Strong commercial experience supported by relevant medical or healthcare knowledge
Candidates with a purely non-medical sales background are unlikely to be suitable due to the level of clinical engagement required.
