Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

Role Summary:


As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of business clients, helping them maximize their marketing investments through strategic consultation, performance optimization, and long-term relationship management. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities and delivering impactful business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


✔ Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of assigned business accounts

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling

✔ Develop tailored marketing and advertising strategies aligned with client KPIs

✔ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand business impact

✔ Lead strategic business conversations with stakeholders and decision-makers

✔ Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client support

✔ Manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-growth environment


What We’re Looking For:


✅ 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Management / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Consulting

✅ Strong experience in client-facing consultative sales roles

✅ Proven ability to influence senior leadership/C-level stakeholders

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Experience in digital media, e-commerce, agency, or technology environments preferred

✅ Bachelor’s degree required


Preferred Experience:


⭐ Knowledge of Australia & New Zealand media landscape is highly preferred

⭐ Exposure to digital advertising ecosystems is a strong advantage
