Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning (ML), AI Workflows, Azure Cloud services

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities, working on diverse projects that may include deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven applications using generative models.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and the ability to develop production-grade pipelines both on cloud and on-premises environments.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing solutions using AI techniques.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and enhancing AI models to improve performance and accuracy.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
