Senior AI/ML Engineer

Hash Agile Technologies is looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and scalable Data Engineering systems to join our team.

🔹 Core Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI applications
• Build advanced RAG pipelines using LLMs, Vector Databases, and semantic search
• Develop Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Implement Agent-to-Agent orchestration and autonomous workflow execution systems
• Build scalable AI pipelines integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured enterprise data
• Design AI-powered automation workflows and intelligent assistants
• Develop robust ETL/data pipelines supporting AI applications and analytics platforms
• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and DataOps best practices
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve complex real-world problems

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, APIs, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLMs and Generative AI
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
• RAG architectures and Vector Databases
• AI Agents and Agent-to-Agent orchestration
• NLP and semantic search systems
• Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or similar vector stores
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering concepts including ETL pipelines, Data Warehousing, and Data Modelling
• Experience with MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of scalable AI system architecture and AI application deployment

🔹 Preferred:

• Experience building enterprise AI copilots and AI automation platforms
• Exposure to Graph RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and AI workflow orchestration
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technical architecture decisions
