Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse strukturierter und unstrukturierter Daten im Versicherungskontext zur Entwicklung produktionsreifer, agentenbasierter KI‑Lösungen auf Cloud‑Plattformen (AWS, Python)
  • Entwicklung und Orchestrierung autonomer KI‑Agenten (Agentic AI), die Aufgaben eigenständig planen, Tools nutzen, Entscheidungen vorbereiten und Versicherungsprozesse End‑to‑End unterstützen oder ausführen
  • Design robuster Agent‑Workflows inkl. Tool‑Anbindung, Memory‑Konzepten, Guardrails, Human‑in‑the‑Loop‑Mechanismen und klarer Eskalationslogik
  • Entwicklung von Prompt‑, Evaluations‑ und Entscheidungsframeworks
  • Verantwortung für das Lifecycle‑Management von GenAI‑, Conversational‑ und Agent‑Systemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Architektur und IT zur Übersetzung komplexer Analyse‑ und KI‑Ergebnisse in klare Business‑Insights für Management und Operations

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. mit IT-Bezug) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Data‑Science‑, KI‑ oder AI‑Engineering‑Teams mit Fokus auf produktive Systeme
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Generative AI (z. B. LLMs, RAG, LLM‑basierte Agenten, Prompt Engineering, Evaluation)
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud‑Plattformen, idealerweise AWS oder Microsoft Azure inkl. relevanter Services (z. B. Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3) sowie Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie im produktiven Einsatz von Machine‑Learning‑ und LLM‑Frameworks
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SQL‑, NoSQL‑ und Vektor‑Datenbanken (z. B. DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Snowflake)
  • Ausgeprägtes Produkt‑ und Ownership‑Mindset, hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Freude an komplexen, offenen Problemstellungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
