Operations Support Manager

What You'll Do
- Support new branch openings, system installations, and acquisition integrations.
- Improve operational efficiency by analyzing business and user needs within Distribution, Warehouse, and Service departments.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering equipment capacity, limitations, and desired results.
- Document system requirements and translate them into proper technical specifications.
- Revise existing system logic difficulties and provide technical solutions.
- Lead and check the work of operations personnel and provide necessary training.
- Develops appropriate communication tools for a division or area.

What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of business-related experience, preferably in the convenience business.
- Strong understanding of business implications regarding the application of technology.
- Ability to guide and advise less experienced team members.
