About The Role

We are building an AI system that creates reinforcement designs for walls, slabs, beams, columns, and precast elements. This role combines AI, backend engineering, geometry, and BIM workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Build AI-powered backend systems using Python
  • Work on geometry, IFC/BIM data, and reinforcement logic
  • Create APIs, validation systems, and structured outputs
  • Improve system accuracy, testing, and reliability
  • Collaborate with product and frontend teams

Required Skills

  • Strong Python and backend development experience
  • Experience with AI/agent systems and APIs
  • Good understanding of geometry and rule-based logic
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with production systems and LLM workflows

Good to Have

  • Experience with BIM, IFC, CAD, Revit, or Tekla
  • Knowledge of reinforcement detailing or structural workflows
  • Experience with OpenCV, 3D viewers, or geometry tools
