What You’ll Do

  • Develop software using the latest Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, Web API, etc.).
  • Working on the inhouse Intelligent Call Companion system (Web, Windows, API) – enhancing the functionality for a new insurance partnership and product for the Company.
  • Researching and identifying root causes of defects and issues, and providing solutions along with pros and cons for each approach.
  • Follow Agile testing methodologies to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in customer support activities as needed.

Key Criteria

  • Hands-on in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL/SQL Server
  • Performance optimization: Application Layer, EF Core & MSSQL Optimization
  • Frontend stacks with React is an advantage
  • Familiarity with MSA, Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Minimum 3 years in software development with good English communication skills

Work setup

  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm). During the probation period, you will be required to work full-time in the office for 2 months. After this period, the role will transition to hybrid with 2 days/week in the office (Wednesday, Thursday)
