This role supports the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and governance of the regional corporate website and internet‑related digital platforms. Reporting to a manager, the executive works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely updates, stable system operations, and compliance with corporate standards. The role also contributes to digital initiatives, performance monitoring, and operational coordination within the region.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Website Operations Support

  • Support content governance across regional websites and internet‑facing platforms.
  • Process and coordinate website update requests with agencies to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
  • Assist with CMS updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain access permissions and user accounts as directed.


2. System & Platform Operations Assistance

  • Coordinate with agencies on system maintenance, releases, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
  • Support monitoring activities and raise issues to relevant teams or vendors.
  • Assist in managing digital platform accounts (e.g., GTM, GSC, analytics tools).
  • Help maintain digital asset repositories and ensure usage compliance.


3. Digital Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct routine website checks, analytics reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Compile insights from digital marketing tools to support improvements.
  • Maintain and update digital SOPs and guidelines under manager supervision.
  • Support training sessions for internal teams on CMS and digital tools.


4. Security & Compliance Coordination

  • Maintain digital asset inventory and assist in security documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT team / agency for penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and security fixes.
  • Support compliance requirements such as ISMS, PDPA, and security checks.


5. Administration & Project Support

  • Assist procurement processes including vendor onboarding, quotations, PR/PO creation, and invoice processing.
  • Help track budgets, contract timelines, and vendor deliverables.
  • Support documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in project coordination and documentation preparation.
  • Work with agencies during development, testing, UAT, and rollout stages.



Key Skills & Requirements

  • Basic understanding of web systems, CMS platforms, and digital operations.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (GTM, GSC, GA4) is a plus.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity, PDPA, and digital governance concepts.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working with agencies, internal BUs and regional stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.

  • Hands‑on experience with website updates, CMS usage, or digital operations.
  • Interest in web technology, digital platforms, or online operations.
  • A collaborative executor who is comfortable with structured processes and detailed follow‑through.
  • Degree or diploma in computer science, digital marketing, or relevant subjects.
