About The Assignment
- Six month contract possibility to extend.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across 4 offices.
- Providing management support to the sales, property management and administration departments.
- Lead and mentor the team leaders and office supervisors. Via weekly team meetings and one-on-ones.
- Managing HR Functions.
- Oversee marketing strategies.
- Handle escalated operational issues and make daily business decisions.
- Work closely with the managing director to achieve long-term strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management position - real estate experience highly regarded.
- Proven ability to achieve growth, KPIS ,and deliver results.
- Strong organisational experience.
- Confidence with systems, processes, and technology.
- Valid WA driver’s license.
- Experience using PropertyTree (or similar cloud-based software) will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to multitask.
- The ability to hit the ground running.
- This is a 6 month contract role with the possibility of going permanent.
- FIFO role, flexible roster. (Monday to Friday, Week on/Week off ect...)
- Ability to working out of their Subiaco office when in Perth.
- All Travel, Accommodation and Company Car covered by the Agency.
