What You Get To Do
Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:
- Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations
- Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
- Set-up candidate video phone screens using our Modern Hire technology for Hiring Managers to review
- Post to niche job boards, as needed
- Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
- Assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season
- Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
- Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred
- Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred
- Availability to work occasional weekends, evening and holidays.
