IP Creative Designer

About the Role

The role involves designing and developing peripheral products for K-pop artists, ensuring that their needs are met while creating compelling proposals that highlight the unique selling points of IP derivative products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop peripheral products for K-pop artists based on their needs, and create creative proposals to precisely identify the selling points of IP derivative products.
• Collaborate with various product-related teams to complete order production, product optimization supervision, supplier follow-up, etc., and successfully implement the products to the final sample stage.
• Participate in the design of different categories of derivative products, product packaging design and optimization, including packaging boxes, instructions, tags, etc.
• Accurately grasp market and product trends, participate in the discussion of creative strategies and planning proposals, balance aesthetics and product commercial thinking, and be responsible for the final new product launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in design-related field, with at least 5 years of work experience in the fields of anime-related products, IP-related products, or gift industry. Familiar with production processes and procedures. Candidates with successful cases will be given priority.
• Interested in trendy toy derivatives and possess certain product insight and market sensitivity.
• Proficient in using mainstream design software. Those who are familiar with 3D software will be given priority consideration.
• Familiar with common categories and material processes of derivatives and accessories. Have good communication skills and be able to fully express design concepts.
• Have solid artistic skills, high aesthetic ability, sensitive to colors, solid basic skills, and strong comprehensive ability.
