Strategic Planning
Develop brand strategies and prepare annual plans covering content, promotion, execution, budgeting, and cost control. The candidate should have an understanding of, or strong interest in, the education sector, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis on branding and recruitment strategies for overseas universities.
Market Analysis
Monitor client brands and competitor activities across various channels, formats, and platforms. Organise project data, conduct analysis, and prepare weekly or monthly reports. Support service optimisation through market research, client-related information collection, project execution, and post-campaign reporting.
Client Needs Analysis
Manage communication with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders. Understand, analyse, and consolidate clients’ marketing objectives and needs, and quickly translate them into feasible execution plans for internal teams or external partners.
Service Optimisation
Stay updated on the operating rules and best practices of online promotion channels. Possess practical experience in new media operations, especially on Chinese platforms such as WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin, as well as international platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Be able to break down content plans into platform-specific operation schedules, drive implementation, and identify potential business opportunities.
Execution Management
Lead project implementation and ensure quality control. Coordinate effectively with copywriters, designers, video editors, and layout teams, while managing timelines and deliverable quality. Demonstrate strong internal coordination and organisational skills, and be able to lead the development and implementation of service SOPs, quality control manuals, and other documents that improve team efficiency.
Team Management
Manage internal and external content and operations teams. Set performance goals and conduct team assessments to improve efficiency, support project delivery, and manage project budgets and costs.
Crisis Communication
Proactively identify solutions when internal service issues arise to improve client satisfaction. Provide timely public relations support when client brand issues occur, helping protect and maintain the client’s brand image.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in the advertising industry, with at least 1 year of account management experience. English and Chinese must be fluent and usable as working languages. Overseas study experience is preferred.
- Positive, outgoing, and strong in communication and comprehension. Able to accurately identify, understand, and communicate client needs. Strong client service mindset, professionalism, enthusiasm, execution capability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Strong capabilities in content strategy development, quality control, verbal communication, and proposal presentation. Able to integrate internal and external resources effectively.
- Strong logical thinking, organisational coordination, and stress management skills. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond quickly and proactively to unexpected situations or project issues, minimising potential losses.
- Solid understanding and personal insights into AI tools, IMC, digital marketing, and social media. Strong data analysis capability and proficiency in commonly used data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.
