Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, Astana-based on-site Sales Account Manager to build strong client relationships and drive sales growth. The selected candidate will focus on account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and executing strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining client accounts, managing inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering quality experiences.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions and services is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language(s).
