We're looking for an HR Manager who can handle the real work: complex employee relations, tech-assisted investigations, and strategic partnership with managers who actually need good advice.


What this role is:

A high-visibility, hands-on HR seat with scope across the full employee lifecycle. You'll own ER and investigations, advise managers on tough people decisions, run HR operations in our systems, and help us build smarter processes. You'll report into our platform Head of HR and have real partnership with leadership.


This is not a compliance-only or administrative role. We need someone who can think, document well, and move.


You'll own:

  • Workplace investigations — interviews, digital evidence, airtight case files, defensible findings
  • Manager coaching on performance, discipline, accommodations, and difficult conversations
  • HRIS data integrity, workforce reporting, and HR ticketing
  • Full lifecycle support: recruiting partnership, onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles
  • CT and federal employment law compliance
  • HR workflows — you'll use modern tools, not just know they exist


You bring:

  • 5+ years in HR with real ER and investigations experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Connecticut and federal employment law
  • Comfort running multiple systems simultaneously — HRIS, case management, SharePoint
  • Genuine interest in how technology is changing HR operations
  • Clear, precise written communication, your documentation holds up
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP a plus, not a requirement
  • Bachelors degree
  • Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese
