They operate in over 70+ countries worldwide, powered by tech, designed by people. Overview: You will support the client's Philippines operations. Your work will cover commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, local licensing, data privacy, supplier/vendor agreements, and general legal support to operations and product teams. Responsibilities: - Draft, review and manage merchant/vendor contracts, facility supply agreements, lease/POS agreements - Advise on local regulations (food delivery licensing, data protection, employment, consumer laws) - Support operations and logistics teams with rapid project legal needs - Liaise with external counsel for litigation, regulatory queries - Monitor compliance, manage legal risk on daily operational matters Experience required - Practicing Philippine-qualified lawyer with 4-7 years' experience - Grounded in operations or corporate commercial legal work; optimistic, hands-on, execution-oriented - Comfortable with fast-paced environment, startup-like energy, flexible on secondment first, then FTE Key Skills - Commercial contracts and vendor management - Local regulatory, employment, and data privacy knowledge - High-volume work throughput, proactive and reliable - Ability to communicate clearly to non-legal stakeholders, such as operations and business teams
