Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement & Resource Matching: Drive the attainment of user-side growth objectives by strategically decomposing targets and optimizing the allocation of resources across traffic, subsidies, and marketing.
- Business Monitoring & Budget Management: Establish a robust monitoring system; develop and iterate on weekly and monthly business targets and budget management mechanisms. Perform anomaly analysis and strategy adjustments to safeguard goal delivery.
- User Insights & Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive research into user segmentation, subsidy tools, traffic, supply, and experience. Utilize data analysis and field research to identify growth drivers and produce actionable strategic recommendations.
- Traffic Efficiency Evaluation: Explore and build a platform-wide traffic efficiency evaluation system. Optimize resource slot allocation and traffic distribution across business scenarios to ensure high-efficiency operations.
- User Journey & Supply Optimization: Analyze potential user needs and scenario-based demands. Optimize the conversion funnel and provide comprehensive supply support to drive overall platform growth and enhance user experience.
- Data Infrastructure & Decision Support: Build and maintain the user and traffic analysis framework. Coordinate user-side data product requirements (e.g., data extraction, dashboarding, user tagging) to provide accurate insights for business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience in Internet user operations or strategic analysis. Backgrounds in subsidy strategy, traffic strategy, or target management are highly preferred. At least 2 years of team management experience is required.
- Language & Mobility: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Candidates with overseas work/living experience are preferred. Must be willing to be based in Hong Kong.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly target-oriented and data-driven. Proficient in efficiency evaluation methodologies and experimental (A/B testing) frameworks.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of platform business models with a strong competitive perspective and user empathy. Ability to capture growth opportunities from an industry-wide lens.
- Soft Skills: Clear logical thinking and strong framework-based problem-solving skills. Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership capabilities.
- Cultural Adaptability: Open-minded and able to quickly adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and evolving user needs.
