Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management and possess a strong understanding of project coordination and scheduling.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• The candidate will be the lead project manager for the projects assigned
• Demonstrate strong leadership ability, organizational capacity, and client service
• Utilize construction management software to oversee and manage documents, including, but not limited to plans, submittals, RFI’s, safety reports, daily work reports, and punch lists.
• Work alongside superintendents to coordinate project activities, resources (subcontractors), equipment, and site logistics
• Read and interpret Contract Documents including plans and specifications for project planning and execution
• Assist and/or lead preconstruction services for the projects managed. This includes but is not limited to assisting design direction through early pricing iterations, constructability reviews, value engineering services, and bidding the project for final construction pricing
• 5+ years of experience

Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in the following software is required: Procore, MS Office products including MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents accurately
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple trade representatives at a time
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is desired but not required

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $100,000 salary depending on experience
• Bonus opportunities
• Weekly pay

Schedule:

• Typical work hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm. However, this position will require work outside of the typical hours in special circumstances
