We're hiring Sales Consultants / Sales Development Representatives to join our founding sales team in full-cycle sales roles. This is an exciting chance to join us at grass roots level and grow your career within the company
What you'll be doing:
- Building your own pipeline through outbound and inbound leads
- Selling into Human Resource, Talent Acquisition and Compliance Teams
- Building Relationships with Recruitment Leaders
- Running discovery calls and understanding customer needs
- Closing SME deals end-to-end
- Collaborating with AEs on larger opportunities
Experience in a sales environment would be advantageous especially if you are currently in Recruitment, Trading, Real Estate or Media, Advertising & Digital Sales and looking to develop a career outside of these industries or if you have Technology & SaaS Sales experience we'd love to hear from you.

- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Motivation to learn, take ownership, and deliver results
- Willingness to understand our company and grow a passion for our suite of products and the industry we operate in
- Uncapped commission and clear earning potential
- A defined path to Account Executive (typically 12-18 months)
