Billing Specialist

We’re excited to partner with a client in Plano, TX who is looking to add a talented Billing & Invoicing Specialist to their team!

This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing end-to-end billing processes, supporting system transitions, and collaborating across multiple departments.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Execute full-cycle billing operations, including batch invoicing & labor billing
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and timely invoice processing
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Project Management teams
• Support billing optimization using SAP S/4HANA, including transition efforts from Dynamics AX

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, TeamDesk, or Smartsheet
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
