Job Responsibilities
- Collect the document from project manager, designer, and contractor to consolidate the document for archive, storage, retrieve and make sure overall document comply with the Disney standard.
- Manage the facility records to migrate from hard copy into the electronic document.
- Create workflow for the team to optimize the flexibility on using electronic document.
- Diploma or above in Document Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in document control field.
- Strong communication skill in both written and spoken English is required. Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel with data organization skills. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is preferred.
- Attention to details. Good collaboration and liaison skills with strong ability in working with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders to drive for result.
