Experience: 3–5 Years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or EAM.
Location: Hong Kong - Central; On-site role
1. Core Responsibilities
- High-Touch Relationship Management: Act as a primary or supporting point of contact for High-Net-Worth (HNW) families and individuals. You will attend client meetings to understand their evolving multi-generational needs, from liquidity to succession planning. You will manage your own book and assist the senior relationship managers
- Bespoke Advisory: Support senior advisors in crafting tailored investment proposals.
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate with external partners like private banks, custodian platforms (HK/Singapore/USA), trustees, tax advisors, and legal counsel to execute complex wealth structures.
- Compliance & KYC: Handle end-to-end client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews, ensuring strict adherence to SFC regulations and AML policies.
2. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Licensing: Must hold (or be eligible for) SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) licenses. CFP designations are highly preferred. CFA is also definitely a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of private wealth products, tax and wealth planning ideally with a specialisation on Taiwan and Mainland China market.
- Discretion: Exceptional judgment when handling sensitive, confidential family data.
- Adaptability: we are looking for a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude focusing on the client needs and showing availability
- Long-Term Vision: A focus on building multi-generational trust rather than short terms objectives.
- Preferred Languages: Native-level fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Excel for financial modelling
