岗位职责:

  • 1.负责制定线上产品分客群精细化经营策略，推动线上产品目标达成。
  • 2.负责线上业务贷后各环节风险指标监控及预警，推动多方联动制定改善举措。
  • 3.负责线上业务各环节转化监控，结合数据环节漏损优化流程。
  • 4.负责电销BPO管理及运营，供应商准入管理、过程指标监控及优化、数字化能力应用等。

岗位要求:

  • 1.本科及以上学历，有银行、互联网公司相关工作经验优先;
  • 2.工作责任心强，积极主动，团队协作能力好；
  • 3.具备较强的数据分析及项目推进能力。
