Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions
• Manage project timelines and define project requirements
• Provide technical insights and recommendations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes
• Develop backend solutions with Node.js
• Engineer front-end interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Ensure code quality and maintainability
• Guide and mentor other developers on the team
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Background in Node.js
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Fluent English language skills (B2+)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Capability to work with SQL on Microsoft Azure
