We work closely with customers in early engagements to deliver correct, reliable outcomes while our automation is hardened.
We are hiring a Berlin-based Enterprise Account Executive to generate and run well-qualified, narrow-scope enterprise deals aligned with our current delivery model.
What You Will Do
- Proactively source and qualify enterprise opportunities with clear operational pain
- Run disciplined discovery focused on scope, constraints, and success criteria
- Actively disqualify opportunities that don’t fit our delivery model
- Lead enterprise deals through pilots or assisted, phased engagements
- Set and maintain precise expectations with senior stakeholders
- Work closely with product and delivery teams to ensure alignment from sale to execution
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Located in Berlin
- 5+ years selling B2B solutions to enterprise customers
- Proven ability to self-generate and rigorously qualify enterprise pipeline
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong judgment, communication, and follow-through
Critical
- Comfort selling solutions that evolve from assisted delivery toward automation
- Willingness and confidence to say “no” to misaligned deals

- Fewer, better-qualified enterprise opportunities
- Deals with clear scope, ownership, and expectations
- No surprise delivery escalations
- Strong trust with customers and internal teams
Compensation
- Base salary: €70,000 – €90,000 (depending on experience)
- Variable: Uncapped commission tied to closed, well-qualified enterprise deals
- Equity: Meaningful equity participation aligned with long-term impact and ownership
- We prioritize disciplined qualification, trust-building, and sustainable customer relationships over short-term volume or activity metrics.
