该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1. 矩阵运营： 统筹微信、抖音、小红书等平台，制定DSE课程及香港升学内容的运营策略 2. 内容把控： 策划政策解读、申请攻略、学员案例等专业内容，主导短视频选题与出品 3. 获客转化： 管理信息流投放，设计引流-转化链路，对线索量和ROI负责 4. 团队管理： 带领2-3人团队，建立数据监控体系，定期复盘优化 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上新媒体经验，1年以上团队管理经验 2. 教育行业背景，熟悉DSE或香港留学业务 3. 精通主流平台运营机制，具备独立投放能力，有从0到1起号成功案例 4. 文案功底强，数据敏感，具备粤语能力者优先
