This is not just any management trainee program — this is a fast track for future CEOs.

What You Will Gain

1. Upon onboarding, you will serve as the CEO Assistant to one of the Group's ecosystem subsidiaries, stepping directly into management and business scenarios, working side by side with the CEO.
2. You will rotate across multiple core business lines to quickly understand the full picture of the Company's operations.
3. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will work closely with the Group CEO for one week, participate in real strategic projects, and undergo a comprehensive capability assessment.
4. Top performers will be fast-tracked for promotion, taking on business leadership roles and being placed in the Company's key talent pipeline.

What You Will Do

1. Assist subsidiary CEOs in driving key business projects, participating in business development, decision support, and cross-departmental coordination.
2. Independently complete in-depth research projects in your assigned rotation company or business line, delivering actionable results.
3. Attend subsidiary business meetings, record decisions, and follow up on the implementation of action items.
4. Assist the CEO with external collaboration efforts and internal process execution as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

1. Work Experience

1–2 years of relevant full-time work experience in FinTech, AI, investment banking/brokerage, blockchain, or related industries.

2. Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Technology, AI, Mathematics, or a related field.

3. Competencies

• Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability
• Results-oriented, able to drive tasks independently under pressure
• Fast learning ability, logical thinking, and data analysis skills
• Cross-cultural and cross-team collaboration skills
