Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for IT Project Manager with Insurance Operation for our clients in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a restructuring initiative for a local insurance entity
• Assess changes from customer, partner, and regulatory perspectives
• Identify risks, blockers, and compliance considerations
• Coordinate with local representatives and multiple stakeholders
• Build and manage restructuring plans and timelines
• Acting as the bridge between Global Project Managers and local country teams
• Coordinating regional and local implementation activities
• Tracking and reporting project progress to global stakeholders
• Ensuring alignment and smooth deployment across regions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 - 10 years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong experience managing global projects with multi-country stakeholders
• Fluent in Chinese speaking
• Solid understanding of insurance operations and local regulatory processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive complex initiatives
