As a Product Owner, you play a key role in driving BI and data solutions within a complex and evolving organization. You ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery, contributing to a more data-driven way of working.

You’ll be working in a data-focused environment where Business Intelligence and Data Analytics are central to decision-making. Within a multidisciplinary team, there is a strong focus on standardization, modernization, and continuous improvement. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What you’ll be doing as a Product Owner:

• Aligning with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Translating requirements into clear user stories
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Defining and maintaining a clear product roadmap
• Shaping product vision within the BI domain
• Ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborating with product managers and architects
• Owning delivery of BI solutions within the team
• Driving standardization and continuous improvement

What you need to be successful as a Product Owner:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Working 10+ years in complex organizational environments
• Proven track record as a Product Owner
• Experience in BI, data, or digital domains
• Ability to translate business needs into product solutions
• Skilled in backlog management and roadmapping
• Able to align stakeholders across business and IT
• Strong communication skills in English
