Role Overview

This is a chance to work directly with the leadership on key sales excellence projects.


This role will focus on improving conversions, optimizing sales processes, and building scalable frameworks for training and execution. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, identifying gaps and directly driving improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and enforce quality checks across the sales process
  • Design structured training modules for onboarding and continuous improvement
  • Analyze funnel metrics and identify gaps in conversion and execution
  • Standardize sales processes and ensure adherence
  • Conduct audits and translate insights into actionable improvements


Preferred Background

  • 3–4 years of consulting experience
  • High on energy, Willing to go above and beyond whenever needed
  • Undergraduate degree from top Delhi University colleges (e.g., LSR, SRCC, St. Stephen’s) or Tier 1 IITs/ NITS/ Bits Pilani
