Location: Global (strong preference for Africa/LatAm/SE Asia time zones) • Significant travel Role Overview We’re looking for an On & Off Ramps Lead to supercharge access to Fedi everywhere people use it. Your mission: build and scale reliable liquidity infrastructure worldwide—traditional and peer-to-peer—through trusted partnerships, regional networks, and privacy-preserving pathways. You’ll own this vertical end-to-end: designing and scaling ways for users to move value in and out of federations seamlessly, securely, and privately. That includes building a diverse mix of partners—from OTC desks, brokers, and fintechs to Lightning service providers and trusted individuals or community ramps who facilitate peer-to-peer exchange. You’ll develop the programs, incentives, and integration frameworks that make ramps functional, sustainable, and resilient - while safeguarding user privacy and minimizing custodial exposure. This role is central to Fedi’s global growth: without liquidity rails, communities can’t transact. You’ll ensure they can.
Responsibilities
Own Ramp Growth Targets Set and deliver OKRs, plans, reports, and budgets for global ramp coverage. Build and manage a pipeline of brokers, agents, businesses, and fintech partners. Cross-functional Execution Collaborate with Product/Engineering on API, liquidity, and integration requirements. Coordinate with Federations, Community and MiniApps teams to activate local and regional ramp needs. Partner & Ecosystem Development Identify and close partnerships with OTC desks, money transfer operators, payment providers, and local liquidity agents. Drive initiatives to onboard and incentivize trusted human off-ramps inside federations. Program Design & Incentives Develop agent programs, visibility features, and rewards that motivate participation. Ensure ramps have the operational support and data needed to succeed. Onboarding & Activation Lead GTM activities for new ramp channels and integration launches. Create playbooks that help partners scale from pilot to consistent volume. Reporting & Insight Generation Track liquidity, conversion funnels, and usage KPIs to assess coverage and performance. Generate insights and advocacy to improve ramp reliability, speed, and user trust.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years in business development, payments, remittances, or crypto liquidity roles. Proven experience building partner ecosystems and driving integration-based growth. Strong network among brokers, local agents, OTCs, or fintech/payment operators. Comfort navigating compliance and privacy frameworks without compromising user freedom. Experience as a DRI for revenue-adjacent OKRs with multi-stakeholder orchestration. Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Lightning, remittances, and P2P liquidity systems. Analytical mindset with command of pipeline management and forecasting. Excellent communication skills in English (extra languages a plus). Ability to travel internationally and build trust with partners on the ground. Genuine belief that access to open financial rails is a human right.
