Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of outfitter accounts within an assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner.
- Lead onboarding efforts for new accounts, including onsite training, operational support, and communication of program policies and guidelines.
- Establish and maintain regular communication cadences with outfitters, including in-person meetings, to reinforce program value and expectations.
- Monitor account performance by tracking key metrics, identifying process gaps, and ensuring adherence to program standards.
- Develop and present business reviews that highlight performance trends, growth opportunities, and compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely implementation of solutions and consistent service delivery.
- Anticipate outfitter needs through proactive outreach and provide tailored recommendations to improve performance and customer experience.
- Drive account expansion by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within existing customers, while advancing regional business development.
- Own the use of data and market insights to inform decision-making, shape strategic plans, and drive new business acquisition.
- Act as an escalation point for account-related issues, providing resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Communication: You clearly convey information, ideas, and expectations to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to ensure understanding and alignment.
- Customer Focus: You prioritize the needs of internal or external customers and use feedback and data to improve outcomes, processes, or experiences.
- Accountability: You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and hold yourself to high standards for quality and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent working experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of client relationship management or account management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships across multiple organizations or locations.
- Experience leading projects and/or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations or training.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse groups.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to analyze challenges and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
- Ability to interpret data and trends to inform account strategies and business decisions.
- Candidates must live within a reasonable distance (60 minutes) from a major metropolitan airport, preferably near the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. (Southern Region: NM, TX, OK, AR, MO, and KS.)
- Ability to travel within the assigned region greater than 50% of the time.
