LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Global Law Firm looking for a strategic, detail-oriented leader to oversee billing, collections, and revenue operations for a high-performing team. This role partners closely with finance leadership, partners, and practice groups to drive accuracy, efficiency, and strong client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of billing professionals
- Lead end-to-end billing and collections strategy for assigned groups
- Analyze billing data and trends to optimize performance
- Partner with Pricing, eBilling, and Finance teams for seamless execution
- Prepare and present monthly reporting, metrics, and insights
- Build strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teams
- Enforce compliance with client guidelines, rates, and agreements
- Improve revenue cycle efficiency through continuous process enhancement
- Support system implementations, testing, and special projects
Qualifications
- 7+ years of billing/client accounting experience (law firm experience required)
- 3+ years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and AR processes
- Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with Aderant is a plus
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
