We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and drive Channel Marketing initiatives across the Central Asia region. This role will work closely with regional channel partners, internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing activities, budget control, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with solid marketing fundamentals, strong coordination skills, and the ability to push projects forward in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities: Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including Channel & Sales, Global Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support marketing execution and regional initiatives. Act as a coordination hub to align priorities, timelines, and resources across functions. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support and execute marketing activities when required.

Channel partner coordination & Enablement on marketing initiatives. Act as the primary marketing contact for regional sales channel partners. Provide continuous support, guidance, and clarity on: Marketing requirements, Brand guidelines, Tools, assets, and execution processes. Guide, monitor, and supervise partner-led brand and marketing activities, including: Retail marketing, Local campaigns, Online and offline brand activations. Ensure all partner executions strictly comply with global brand guidelines. Proactively identify execution gaps and push partners to improve quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

Budget Management, Approval & POE Control. Manage regional channel marketing budgets end-to-end, including: Budget planning & allocation, Spend tracking and control. Review and approve of Marketing proposals from channel partners, POE (Proof of Execution) submissions, Post-campaign reports and financial documentation Coordinate internal approvals and release budgets in collaboration with Finance to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance in all marketing spendings.

Regional Channel Marketing Strategy Support (Value-Add) Support the development and refinement of regional channel marketing strategy, including:Partner activation models, Campaign frameworks scalable across markets, Best practices and playbooks for emerging markets. Analyze partner performance, campaign outcomes, and market feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to improve: Marketing effectiveness, Budget efficiency, Partner execution quality.

Qualifications: Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Creative yet structured thinker, with curiosity and interest in regional marketing strategy development. Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and international markets. High attention to detail, particularly in budget control, documentation, and compliance. Proven experience working with sales channels, distributors, or external partners is a strong plus. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, trade marketing, or regional marketing roles. Language: Native or fluent proficiency in English and Russian is required.
