Role focus: We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency trends. You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that elevate our brand, foster community growth, and engage audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Web3 audiences. Align campaigns with overarching marketing and branding goals. Develop compelling, original content for platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Discord. Stay updated on blockchain and crypto news to ensure timely and relevant content. Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to questions and comments promptly. Build relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and partners in the Web3 space. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth. Report on social media performance and audience insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to amplify content and messaging. Leverage trends to position the brand as an industry thought leader.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the blockchain or crypto sector. Experience managing communities on platforms like Discord or Telegram is a plus. Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the crypto ecosystem. Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling. Creative and forward-thinking. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment.
