Administrator II - System & Applications Administration

Requirements - Perform day-to-day operational activities within the SAP Ariba platform. - Monitor system performance, health checks, and availability. - Execute routine maintenance tasks and system housekeeping activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, user problems, and system errors. - Maintain detailed ticket documentation and resolution records, provide root cause analysis for recurring issues. - Collaborate with Cencora Ariba administrators to design and implement new business processes on the platform administration. - Support integration activities between Ariba and other enterprise systems. - Participate in regular status meetings and project reviews. - Coordinate with internal IT teams and business users. - Provide timely updates on system issues and resolution status. - Maintain comprehensive system documentation and configuration records. - Meet or exceed defined SLO metrics for ticket resolution times.
