AI Product Manager (Intern)

【About This Role】

In this role, you will learn how to translate cutting-edge AI technologies into practical solutions for complex financial scenarios and participate in the design of products such as intelligent trading and risk management. Under the guidance of a senior Product Manager, you will drive the continuous iteration of intelligent product features through data insights and market trend analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a multidisciplinary perspective in “AI + Finance” and cultivate a data-driven product mindset.

【Your Responsibilities】

- Assist in researching AI market trends and competitors to develop product solutions that meet business needs.

- Participate in the design of AI application solutions, and organize and produce high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).

- Learn to optimize product features using algorithms to improve the accuracy of intelligent recommendations and sentiment analysis.

- Collaborate across departments with R&D, data, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are accurately aligned and implemented.

- Utilize AI tools to conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, supporting the team in making informed decisions.

【What We’re Looking For】

- Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in computer science, mathematics, AI, finance, or related fields is preferred.

- Basic understanding of concepts such as machine learning and large language models; strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read English technical documents or papers fluently.

- Clear logical thinking and proficiency in at least one data analysis tool, such as SQL, Python, or Excel.

- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to actively drive the implementation of complex initiatives across multiple teams.

- Available for an internship of 3 months or longer, with a minimum of 4 days per week

【Bonus Points】

- Previous internship experience in AI or internet data products, or participation in AI-related research projects

- Understanding of the Web3 industry landscape and the basic operational logic of crypto finance

- Participation in AI competitions (eg： Kaggle), open-source projects, or on-campus research projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role involves regular collaboration with technical teams based in China.
