Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales engagement campaigns, incentive programs, and marketing events to drive sales performance.
- Manage end‑to‑end event execution including vendor coordination, production, logistics, and on‑site operations.
- Coordinate overseas incentive (MICE) trips including itinerary planning, nomination process, and vendor management.
- Develop souvenir and award concepts aligned with program themes and brand guidelines.
- Act as key coordinator between internal stakeholders and bank partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Monitor program performance and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and compliance processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- To support ad hoc projects, and business requirements as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, business or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years’ experience in event management, incentive programs, or hospitality‑related industries.
- Strong project management, coordination, and execution skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and support on‑site event operations as required.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
